Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I have been searching for the "perfect" cheesecake recipe for several years. I feel like I have tried them all. Finally, this recipe delivered. I wouldn't change a thing about the ingredients. The only thing to remember about this cheesecake is that it is not a recipe that can be planned and implemented on a last moment's notice. I usually bake this cheesecake a day before, leave it in the oven all night after turning the oven off, and refrigerate for at least four hours until I serve. This is not something that can be made in a hurry. However, the extra time is worth it. This cheesecake is "to die for".
