Authentic Chinese Egg Rolls (from a Chinese person)
I made this recipe with my 1st grade class to celebrate Chinese New Year. It was easy and the kids really liked it. This recipe is a keeper.

Curried Chicken Tea Sandwiches
I made this recipe for a wedding shower and it was delicious. Many guests asked for the recipe. I had a little left over so I made it into a sandwich and took to work for my lunch and it was great.

Olive-Cucumber Finger Sandwiches
I made this recipe for a wedding shower and it was a hit. Instead of cutting the olive into wedges I secured it with a cocktail tootpick. Many guests asked for the recipe.
