Simple Turkey Chili
Let me preface this review by saying "I don't like chili" Dh loves it he'd give it 5 stars. As per other reviews I added peppers (one red and one green), as well as another can of beans. I mash one can because it gives the chili the thickness it needs, and leave another can with intact beans.

Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup
I love thick soups and hate chunks, so this is the soup for me. The flavour is wonderful and it's great with either the yogurt or the feta on top, though I prefer feta. Great with home made bread as a side. It's also so filling that you don't need meat.

Potato Pancakes I
It's like a large hash brown with onion. Very good, but not as the main part of a meal. I though it would be more like a traditional pancake but should have known better when it only calls for 2 Tbs of flour.
