Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
This sauce is... incredible. It is truly the best thing I have ever made. I did not use pre-made roasted red peppers, and am glad for that even though it took more time. I also have found that I really like it if the consistency is a little more chunky. I've never used a blender, just a chopper.

White Wine and Garlic Dream Cream
The flavor, in my opinion, was great. However, when following the recipe it ended up quite water-y. I would probably add something to thicken it. I actually used about 3/4 of the lemon and it worked very well. I also love the small ringlets that you can cut the shallots into.
