Key Lime Pie I

Very refreshing pie for the summer. It's abit tart. I think I'll tone down the key lime juice a dab to 1/3 cup and add a sprinkle of lime rind for looks. Fresh or frozen Cool Whip would be nice. It's a keeper.

Finger Sandwich Butter Cookies

Very very very good! Makes a beautiful cookie using the star tip on your cookie press and snake down to desired length. I used the chocolate/hazelnut spread for a quick yummy filling. Thanks for the recipe TJ. You saved me a few trips to Brooklyn.

Easter Meat Pie

Very Very Good! My Italian husband loves it. He has made it on his own a few time now. It's our new family tradition.
