Guinness(R) and Chocolate Cheesecake
Tasted great, yet it is more of a really thick mousse rather than a cheesecake. Hard to serve. I reccomend putting it in the freezer before serving to prevent it from falling apart. Very rich.

Bacon Roll Ups II
These were great! I also made a vegetarian version using veggie bacon, and they turned out great! I used wheat bread, and flattened the bread with a rolling pin before spreading the cream chz mixture on. A great affordable appetizer.
