Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
The best tomato soup ever! Made it once and my husband loved it. He insisted on it for his BD dinner. Took the leftovers to my mom and siblings and they all raved about it. The fresh basil makes the soup. The first time I made it, I used heavy cream; the second time, I had whole milk and it was still wonderful.
