A hit! I'm not much of a cook but I took on this recipe for Christmas Eve dinner with the family (and the first time I've made dinner for the family). Everybody raved about it! Even my picky brother-in-law (who always has an excuse why not to eat at family gatherings) helped himself to some!
I did eyeball many measurements, using as much sauce, cheese and sour cream as it looked like it needed. I also used 1/2 ground turkey and 1/2 mild bulk sausage. Used some extra provolone on the top, and split up the sour cream so that half was in the middle and half on top.
Hubby says this one is a keeper!
