Gramma's Cream of Broccoli
I think the condensed milk makes this recipe too sweet. I added some chili pepper in order to save it, but think regular cream will work better.

Moroccan Spiced Sea Bass Ceviche
I made Ceviche for the first time with this recipe while using bass and tuna. My guests loved it. One suggestion - lightly freeze the fish before cutting and thus being able to cut it very thin.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
I used a cup of fresh cream in addition to the milk. The celery isn't needed, believe me. Great recipe
