Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I'll be honest...I've never made a 'homemade' pancake before! Now with this recipe, I can also honestly say I will never buy pancake mix again! These were so delicious. I did add a little vanilla to the mix, maybe a teaspoon or so, as well as some more sugar as some others have suggested. They rise very well and are tasty and fluffy. What more could you want?

Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Oh, the secret of perfect hash browns has been revealed! I never could make good hash browns; mine were always super greasy and terrible. But these are so yummy, so delicious, that my husband cries out for them everytime we make a 'country' breakfast. They have an excellent flavor, they stay together very well, and are nice and crispy on the outside. Be sure that your frying oil is hot enough, though! Easy to get impatient and toss them in too soon. Then you'll end up with soggy, greasy hash browns. I test the oil by making a mini 'test' hash brown before adding in any more. You will love these!

Savory Deviled Eggs
Very tasty. Only 2 small changes/additions. I used rice vinegar and I also added salt to taste. Has a nice 'zippy' taste thanks to the Dijon and vinegar, but not overpowering at all. I am excited about tasting them again tomorrow, as this should give the dill time to release its flavor.
