Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower
My pickiest eater ate this up. I barely had any left by the time the dish made it to the dining room.

Turkey Bean Soup
I doubled this and my family of 8 ate every last drop. In place of canned chilies, I used 1/2 fresh ancho and 1/2 fresh jalapeno. This pulled together quickly and we'll make it again and again.

Apple Dumplings II
Great Grandma gave me a list of ingredients for her recipe but no directions. I guess she assumed I KNOW something about baking. This recipe helped me recreate great grandma's dumplings and my husband and kids couldn't be happier since great grandma has given up baking.
