Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This recipe was unbelievable! My family couldn't get enough. I have never made a potato soup before and I am so gald this was my first experiance. I did substitute half and half for fat free evaporated milk.

American Apple Pie
I never made a apple pie before and I followed this recipe exactly. I used read-made dough. It was very good!!! My young kids loved it!
