I'm 20 years old and live in a small town in northeastern KS. The weather is very unpredictable here and can be quite wild at times but I like it – most especially when it IS wild. I really love cooking, best when it's all from scratch and when I've done it all myself, e.g. when I make the ketchup and mayonnaise and salad dressings instead of buying them. It all tastes so much better homemade! I like Italian food a lot too, though it takes a lot of time. I love experimenting and I really like allrecipes.com -- it has a lot of really scrumptious and easy dishes!

Pasta Sauce with Italian Sausage
This was very yummy! I used Mild Italian Sausage and it was a bit spicy for my sister and me, but my Dad really loved it. I might use sweet Italian sausage next time, but nonetheless, thumbs up on your recipe! Thank you for sharing.

Focaccia Bread
This was delicious! I halved it, as there were only 4 of us eating, and I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil inside, to be healthier. It was really scrumptious! Certainly a repeat.
