Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These are really good and easy! My DH (not a big roasted potato fan), LOVED this recipe, and has even asked me to make them several times since. Be sure to line your pan with foil though!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This is my family's absolute favorite potato soup recipe. You can kind of wing it with the amount of ham and veggies, and it always tastes really good, hearty and filling

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

My DH took this to work to share because he and the kids loved it so much, they accused me of being a gourmet chef! His co-workers said it tasted like something from a fine restruant. I have made it several times and it is always good.

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches

I have made this so many times, I cannot imagine a better, easier recipe. It makes great sandwiches the next day! Even if you are not a corned beef lover, you should try this recipe at least once.

Award Winning Chili

My co-worker shared this chili recipe with me almost 3 yrs ago, sorry I havent reviewed before now. The first time I made it (of many times since), my DH said do not ever make any other kind of chili, this is the best chili EVER! It is the only chili I make now, WE all LOVE it!

Spinach Quiche

OK, my DH Does eat quiche, this one anyway. It makes 2, so the first time I shared the extra with my mom and neice, and they ate the whole thing, and demanded the recipe! We all make this quiche on a regular basis, it is delicious.

Green Bean Bundles

The only way I can get the DH and the 3 boys to all eat green beans every time. I have made this numerous times and taken it to potlucks, it's always a favorite. Thanks for a great veg recipe!

Spicy Turkey Burgers

OK, when I told the 4 carnivores in my house I was grilling turkey burgers, they were not excited at all. This recipe changed their minds, the DH and 3 teenage boys loved them! They now ask when we have burgers, if we are having the spicy turkey burgers, and are disappointed if we arent. Great spicy recipe!

Stuffed Mushrooms with Spinach

These are really good stuffed shrooms. I dont care for the heavy cream cheese/sausage ones. EVen though this recipe calls for cream, i used milk to make it even lighter, and it was fine, just reduce it a little. Tastes very light and fresh. WARNING, because of the freshness, you can eat alot of them!

OMG,my DH, the pizza fanatic, is in love with this stuff. I use the refrig french bread load, because it is so much easier, and just as good. He can eat an entire loaf, so I dont know how well leftovers keep, because we never have any!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

OK, this is my go-to chocolate cake recipe, and now thanks to you,my entire family's go-to. To give you an idea of how moist this cake is the youngest boy in the family said for his birthday he wanted "that mushy chocolate cake" (he didnt know the word was moist). Now my mom and aunt have been making it almost every week and topping it with 7 minute frosting. YUM! Thanks for an easy recipe with staple pantry ingredients you can make any time.

Honey Bun Cake I

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata

This recipe is a winner. The DH(who doesnt really like chicken) and the three teenage boys in the house have gobbled this up both times I have made it. Any leftovers have been gone by the next day. Inexpensive enough to make this on the regular meal rotation.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This is my first attempt at cheescake(because I dont like it), but the DH requested it for his 40th birthday, so I made this one. He said it is absolutley the BEST cheesecake he has ever eaten. I guess now Ill have to return my moms springform pan and buy my won. Great recipe, thanks!
