Grilled Tilapia and Mango Salsa

Loved this and so did the hubby! Added a little more onion, lime and some salt to the salsa. Served with Safron rice and it was so good!

Best Egg Rolls

Really good recipe! I did what others said and steam the cabbage a little first and I basically double, maybe tripled the amount of veggies since we were having meat as the main course.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

This was great and was pretty easy!!! The directions aren't clear, when you boil the sugar and water you are making the sweet & sour...took me a minute to get that. But the hubby and kids loved it!!!

Greek Chicken Pasta

Very easy and very delish!!! I added more lemon and 6oz of feta instead of 4oz and capers for flavor. For a pound of pasta I would of done more than 1lb of chicken, this was mostly pasta. Also add more tomato to give it more flavor. Overall great and the kids liked it too!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

The family loved it! I didn't to the bread on top but if I would of I wouldn't of used butter. I forgot the Parmesan so I used mozzarella and it turned out great!

This recipe was so easy and was amazing!!! I added fresh raspberries to a batch and strawberries to another. I didn't do the triangles as they would of been huge! Very delicious!

Maple Pancakes
