I'm a single mom with an hour commute to and from the office. I love to cook but find that my time in the kitchen is mostly on the weekends. I have one daughter and several nieces and newphews. I was introduced to cooking by my step-mother and like to think I've taken everything she taught me to the next level.... I add onions! Hotdishes, chili, stew and every once in a while, something new hotdishes of every kind my first roast came out looking like a softball; tasted like one too.
