Very, very good! I added some corn to mine and was just absolutely terrfic. Ate it with a slice of buttermilk cornbread.

Sausage and Vegetable Skillet
I found this dish very enjoyable, added tobasco chipolte sauce, and made some cornbread to go with it.

Lemon Coconut Squares
I did add a little more lemon juice and little less sugar.....these are delicious!
