Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
This was a great recipe!! I just thought it was a little oily. I took out the onions so that may have been why. Next time I make it I will cut down the olive oil because hamburger is naturally oily any ways. Plus I couldn't find dried basil, so I just used Italian seasoning instead. I omitted the parsley in the meat balls and added more cheese. I would also suggest adding a little more tomato paste to the mix. I pureed my tomatoes before adding the meatballs to the sauce. It didn't say in the recipe to do that.

Blueberry Buckle
This was awesome!! Love this recipe!! Nice and moist. Cooked up great. I did use 1/4 milk and 1/4 heavy cream to make it richer. I added 2 tsp of vanilla. I cut the flour down to 1 1/2 cup. I didn't do the brown sugar in the topping and I think it turned out great. The topping was just a little crisp the way you would expect. It was great!! This is a keeper!!

Blueberry Apple Crisp
I never thought to put apples and blueberries together before, but it turned out great. I was really tired when putting it together ended up using 4 med apples, and four cups of blueberries. I lightly floured the blueberries before putting them on the apples. Then I put around 1/4 cup brown sugar in with the flour to sprinkle on top. Big hit. Thanks for the great recipe!
