One word..AMAZING! I made this for a family dinner..6 of us and had to double the recipe even though it said for 8 servings. Maybe it was so good it went fast! 2 people didn't even like Feta cheese but loved this! One of my favorite dips. I served it with baked pita chips and french bread.

Great Recipe! I made it for a family dinner/birthday and everyone loved it! The leftovers were gone for breakfast the next morning. I didn't change a thing just ommited the black pepper. Will make again!

Love this soup!! I made it as an appetizer for my parents 31st anniversary and they loved it also. I followed the recipe exactly but took one readers advice and used 4 boullion cubes. I did not add extra salt and it still was a bit salty. Next time I will only try 3 cubes. Other than that..amazing!
