I love to try recipes out on this website that are new to me. Comfort food-especially in Seattle where the weather is gloomy for 8 months out of the year! Beef Wellington! I made it for my boyfriend's birthday last year with some risotto and green beans-I was very proud I pulled that one off! Soup--as silly as that sounds. I tried a cheddar veggie soup on here and it was awful! So now I'm a little weary of soup :)
