Made this tonight. Absolutely easy! One of the easiest recipes for scampi I have found. We added about 15 shrimp to this to have some variety in seafood, added about 1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning, and the whole dish turned out fantastic. Appreciate the recipe.

My wife and I had this the other night, and it is fantastic. Thanks for the recipe. I did pay attention to the other reviews, added Ms. Dash to the cream cheese and some minced garlic. I also used Poultry Seasoning to flavor the chicken. Finished it off by adding bacon pieces to the dish, instead of wrapping the chicken. WONDERFUL!

My wife and I had this for dinner tonight, and it was excellent! Made exactly as recipe stated, only cut back for 2 people. Also, added Old Bay seasoning as recommended. It enhanced the flavor. Will definitely make again! Thanks for the recipe.
