Tex-Mex Turkey Soup
I used both dark and white meat. It just didn't seem to go with the Mexican seasonings. I think possibly it was the use of the dark meat that made it non-compatible.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole
The best one I've made in years. Used low-fat pork sausage, non-fat milk, 4 egg beaters and 2 eggs. It was perfect. Did not use any butter or oil on the croutons as they were already seasoned.

No Time to Cook Chicken
This was pretty tasty but the photo probably should not have been submitted. It does not look appetizing nor does it do justice to the dish.
