I live in Lincoln, NE with my husband and our soon to be 8 year old son. I love to bead, role play online, write creatively and read. My favorite thing to cook, hmm...anything that tastes great! I like Rachel Ray alot because her recipes are easy and realistic and I can do lots of them on the fly, plus if she made it, the kiddo will eat it. He has a total crush on her. :) Our favorite meals are spaghetti, grilled chicken, steak or pork, shrimp anything, and roasted potatoes. My mother and grandmother are totally "a little of this a pinch of that" cooks and I am pleased to say I inherited that gene, it drives my husband who follows the recipe to a tee insane to cook with me, but we have fun with it.
