What a delightfully unusual salad. The dressing is esquisite. Didn't think my family would like it because of so much sugar, but they really liked it! We did use romaine instead of spinach, and it was very, very tasty.

Totally Groovy Chocolate Fondue

We left out the coffee and it was still so very good. Leftovers were used for ice cream topping. Yummy.

Simple Scones

Red Velvet Cake

This cake was a disappointment. the frosting was flavorless - just butter and gritty sugar. The cake was flavorless as well. Made it for my daughter's birthday and no one at the table finished their piece of cake. Oh well, on to another cake recipe.
