We loved these, I will say they do need a little salt, or some kind of seasoning. The breadcrumbs worked great but they still needed a little something. We will make again! I had no trouble with the breading. I don't think you need that much bread crumbs though, I made 6 huge chops and still had a ton of crumbs left that I had to throw out, waste of money!

So good!! My husband was freaked about pork cooking in beef broth...but he was so happy with it he took all the leftovers to work. I disagree with the sweet baby rays, we just don't like it....but if you make your own sauce...it's awesome!!!
