Shrimp and Avocado Salad
I made this recipe for a salad entree at a dinner party last weekend. It was excellent. I used the suggestion from another review and doubled the shrimp while cutting back on the worcestershire. I will definitely make this again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I was very disppointed with this pot roast recipe. I cooked it on low for 9 hours, and it was still dry and tough.

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon
A cook from northern NY: This is the best salmon recipe I have tried. I did bake it longer than the instructions: 15 minutes at 400 degrees and an additional 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It was perfect!
