German Apple Pancake
Needs more than just one apple. I used two fresh macs and found that it really could have used one more... Otherwise was wonderful!!

Sweet and Sour Smoked Sausage
I threw a can of pineapple in it towards the end and scratched the hotsauce and cayenne pepper. Everyone loved it - from my 2 year old to my husband!
