This was a very easy recipe. Tasty too. I do recommend patting your chicken dry first. I used frozen chicken and marinated it with the garlic oil mixture while it defrosted. So the bottom of the chicken came out kind of soggy on the bottom. Still it smelled great and tasted good. I served it with Roasted Vegetables and Egg Noodles tossed with butter, parsley, and parmesan.
