Braised Balsamic Chicken
I followed other suggestions and added mushrooms. Otherwise followed the recipe & we love it! I serve it over rice. Yum!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I didn't really make any changes to this except adding a small can of tomato sauce with the paste. It was WONDERFUL!!! Mine needed to simmer a little longer & it was ever better the longer it simmered. Thanks for the great recipe!

Mussels Marinara di Amore
This was absolutely WONDERFUL! I must admit that I was skeptical, but it turned out fantastic. The only change I made was to add a shallot with the garlic. This will be the only way I make mussels at home!
