Crustless Spinach Quiche

This was great and very tasty. I adapted some suggestions from previous reviews such as using 2/3 of the spinach, adding tomatoes and using 2 whole eggs plus 1 cup of egg whites. Will definitely make again.

Baked Pork Chops I

This was supposed to be the last time that I make pork chops because no one likes them. Everyone liked these and I can't wait to buy more pork chops to make again! Thanks for saving the pork chops on my family's menu! The chops were "fall off the bone" tender and the sauce was just right.

Grilled Salmon I

EXCELLENT!!! The kids and the hubbie all ate it. My daughter started off saying that smells disgusting to taking 1/2 of a filet to taking the other 1/2 and then finally scooping every bit off of her plate. This is most definitely a keeper.

This was excellent! I made this for a family St. Patrick's Day dinner and nothing was left in the serving dish. The only thing I revised was to add two slices of crumbled bacon to the top of the dish as was suggested by another reviewer. I will definitely make again, but not too often as this is not very heat healthy!

Chicken Enchiladas

This was restaurant quality. I used the exact ingredients, but did not put any cheese in the mixture and I put 3/4 of the enchilada sauce in the mixture. I used the remaining 1/4 can of enchilada sauce to pour over the enchiladas along with the sprinkling of cheese.

Country Style Barbecued Chicken

I followed the recipe incorporating some of the suggestions...less ketchup, add water, etc.....it tasted very child-like. We ate it, but the recipe is going in the garbage along with all of the leftovers. Sorry.
