Great Recipe, the first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great, the next time I make it I had planned on doubling the recipe and changed my mind last minute and that led to the mistake of doubling the eggs, but that was a wonderful mistake, my husband likes it better with the extra egg. I also now add bulk sausage and cheddar cheese to the mix and make it a main meal.
