Happily married to my wonderful rancher husband. We have 3 sweet grandchildren; live in a cabin in the middle of 153 acres; self-employeed ranchers/fencers. Bear's Baked Beans, Chicken & Dumplin's, fudge, peanut brittle Finger foods on Christmas Eve; Country ham, scrambled eggs, red-eyed gravy, chocolate gravy and home-made biscuits on Christmas morning; Mike's chili on cold wintery nights; pancakes any night we feel like it!!!! Peanut Brittle, Chocolate Sheet Cake, Sweet Potato Casserole 2008 Thanksgiving Dressing--I don't know what happened but it was awful. I usually make good dressing. I'm making it again at Christmas just to prove to myself I can still make good dressing. (get back up on that horse, girl)
