Apple Crisp II
I used Red Top apples. Will make it again with Green apples. Added some raisins in with the apples. Water was enough - like a bit of sauce. I reduced the sugar because of the sweet apples.

Garlic Chicken Fried Brown Rice
WOW, my husband never give 5 out of 5. I added some chillies in the mix. Very good and tasty. Love the rice with the soy and vinegar.

Cheesy Tuna Mornay
This is good, if not a true Mornay sauce. A Mornay sauce is a Béchamel sauce with shredded or grated cheese added. Usually, it is half Gruyère and half Parmesan, though some variations use different combinations of Gruyère, Emmental cheese, or white cheddar. It is often served with seafood or vegetables.
