I've been cooking since I was about nine years old..I love making dessert. Love cooking all together but dessert is my fav.. I would have to say chocolate peanut butter balls.. I used to eat them at Christmas timer when I was small so I guess the taste mixed with the memories from Christmas' past make them even better.. My family tradition when I was young was something from a take out,,mostly chinese food since my mom couldn't cook..She would try when we were really young but I guess she just figured it was better to eat out then suffer through some bad food...Now with my own kids,,we tend to stay with the norm on traditions I guess..Although instead of a big Christmas dinner on Christmas day we have a big Christmas breakfast on Christmas morning.. I once made this sicilian meatloaf with ground beef, ham slices, and sliced cheddar cheese.. It was so delicious.. Difficult but delicious! Oh there have been so many..lol...I guess maybe its the tragedies that teach you the most.. Like evaporated milk looks and smells almost the exact same even if its bad..lol..
