I am a married Christian mother of one son...who both my husband and son are my "Taste Tester". Whenever I am worried, lonely, or depressed, I cook...Cooking seems to take all my cares away. I put a lot of Love into every meal I prepare...I am a firm believer in not serving anyone anything I will not eat myself. "Presentation is Key" I love to create dishes, and take other recipes and put my own spin on them. ThanksGiving's Day give me an opportunity to try non-traditional meals for the holiday. In High School...I won 1st place in the culinary contest my first pumpkin pie turned out "Green"......Come to find out my brother sabatoge it with green food coloring...Of course I didn't find out until we were adults.
