Baked Pork Chops I
These chops are fantastic! I'm not a big fan of pork chops, because I've never had a recipe that didn't turn them into bricks. That is not the case here. These were very moist and delicious. The flavor was excellent. I didn't have any wine, so I used water instead. Served with buttered egg noodles. This will be the ONLY way I make chops. The only negative thing is the prep/cook time. We ate dinner a little late, but a little more organization on my part will solve that.
