Peanut Butter Pie IV
Very yummy. I made this at the last minute for a picnic and stuck it in the freezer for a 1/2 hour. It turned out perfect. I made a graham crust, but added crushed pretzels, which adds a 'nutty' flavor. I also sprinkled peanuts on the top. Everyone loved this pie! Thanks, Karen.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This is a fantastic dessert! I have made it several times, and always get asked for the recipe. Especially the crust, they can't believe that it's made of pretzels. This will be my potluck dish from now on! Thanks Tom!

Baked Pork Chops I
These chops are fantastic! I'm not a big fan of pork chops, because I've never had a recipe that didn't turn them into bricks. That is not the case here. These were very moist and delicious. The flavor was excellent. I didn't have any wine, so I used water instead. Served with buttered egg noodles. This will be the ONLY way I make chops. The only negative thing is the prep/cook time. We ate dinner a little late, but a little more organization on my part will solve that.
