Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
This is a really delishous oatmeal bar. I doubled the recipe. so I cut down on the butter (substituted 1/4 apple sauce) and added an egg. I also substituted whole wheat flour. It is a bit crumbly but nothing I can't deal with.

Bacon Water Chestnut Rolls
I made this recipe tonight for bunko and it was great. I didn't care for the dipping sauce but others said it was good. I also wrapped pineapple in the bacon and it was good too! Make sure to get your bacon good and crispy!
