Cilantro Tomato Corn Salad
Delicious as a dip with tortilla chips as well. This didn't even make it to the dinner table as a salad - the guys started eating it with chips and next thing I knew it was gone.

Baby Back Ribs
My husband will never leave me now that I have this recipe! So, so good. I used a rub recommended by one of the users and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I'm glad this recipe lets you choose your fave sauce - BBQ sauce is very subjective. This was so easy and really delicious.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Father-in-law asked for these. Never made them before, but they were really good. They were even fairly easy to assemble and reheated very well.
