It's Chili by George!!
GREAT recipe, great flavor ... I'd add more beans next time to make it even healthier ... I used a regular size can .. this was my favorite thing to make so far! Maybe next time I'll eat it w/ french fries or nachos! mmmm :)

Shepherd's Pie VI
I might not have added enough cheese 'cause I eyeballed it. Dad premade the mashed potatoes too so that was out of my hands ... it came out pretty good but I didn't follow the recipe so it's hard to tell if it wouldd have gotten a 5!

Roasted Cajun Potatoes
Pretty good - very flavorful. Personally, I think I still prefer thinner, crunchier potatoes (more like fries) ... maybe I'll try a Cajun French Fry variation next time.
