Camp David Spaghetti with Italian Sausage
This is by far the best spaghetti sauce recipe I've found on this site. My family loves spaghetti and I really don't like it at all - that was until I tried this recipe. Now, I look forward to them asking me to make spaghetti! After I seared the sausage I cut into small chunks and added to sauce prior to simmering. Really, really good stuff.

Cajun Seafood Pasta
This recipe is fantastic. I took CHEFSINGLEDAD's advice and added the additional cup of milk with the tsp of cornstarch. Also, just to step it up a notch I seared some hot italian sausage (sliced in bite sized pieces) before making the sauce and added them back in when I added the shrimp and scallops. Wow - I love the combination of spicy sausage and shrimp. Perfect!

Grilled Poblano Pepper and Mango Quesadillas
Very good combination although I like this recipe better with brie instead of cream cheese. Also try adding a bit of chopped fresh cilantro. Yummy!
