Irish Bacon And Cabbage Soup
Used regular bacon but everything else was exact. Delicious and very quick and easy! Dipped soda bread in it, too!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
I used boneless pieces of lamb. I didnt have honey but used molasses instead. Still very yummy! I did over cook it bit. Being boneless pieces it probably only needed about 45 minutes total. Will make again! Thanks!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken
Wow! Good thing I read the reviews because this combination of seasonings seemed so odd to me. This was amazing! I used a 4.5lb chicken, doubled the spices and rubbed it under the skin. After the first 20 minutes, the skin was almost burnt so I did cover it with foil for the rest of the cooking time. I cooked it for 20 min, 20, min, then 40 minutes. Delicious!
