Veggies in various stir-fry type forms. Meats in various ways-grilled & stir-fry mostly after marinading. The worst thing I ever did was a recipe with fish (I forget which kind) and orange slices. I ate it because I hate throwing things out, but my kids-who usually eat anything I cook-couldn't finish it. Won't do that again.
