Tuna and Pasta Cheddar Melt
I sauteed 3 stalks of celery and a clove of garlic prior to boiling the soup and the water. I used two cans of tuna. Delish.

Spinach and Mushroom Pinwheels
I made these for a Halloween party....I made them two weeks prior to the party, froze the logs and pulled them out of the fridge the morning of the party. They came out perfect! I did use fresh mushrooms. Everyone loved them.

Easy Pumpkin Muffins
I used a box of moist yellow cake mix and a can of (unspiced) pumkin. I didn't use any additional spices. I was shocked at how these turned out! Simple and wonderful, my family continues to ask for them. I also added cream cheese icing to the top of the muffins. Super easy and fast!
