Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
These are good, quick and easy. Definitely better than store mix, imho. I got twelve pancakes using a 1/4 cup scoop, and since I like my pancakes thin, I think I'll add more milk next time and probably end up with sixteen. Great recipe.

Sausage Cabbage Skillet
Super simple and very hearty and satisfying. I didn't have any onion and don't care for green pepper, so omitted those but still delicious. The cabbage was so good I think I'd rather have more of that and less of the sausage. Apples would be delicious in this as well.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Delicious! Supereasy - make sure you cook at a full boil for the full five minutes. Creamy, yummy and as decadent as fudge should be.
