Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Great Alfredo Sauce...People have no idea how quick and easy this recipe is! I've used this sauce for manicotti, fettuccine, and artichoke spinach pizza -awesome!

Brunch Enchiladas

I made this recipe for a brunch and they turned out great! I served them along with a skewer and toast - everyone loved them. I actually made too many so I gave a couple to my neighbor the night before...They baked them off the next morning and showed up at my door for the recipe! Very good!

Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Excellent...I tweaked it a bit - less cheese and I added some diced tomato. I also made the dough and the alfredo sauce. Nevertheless - this is a good recipe!

Basil Pesto Bread Rounds

This recipe is a staple at any party I cater. Simple and easy. I make my own pesto, but I'm sure that store bought would also work just fine. Great side dish to almost anything on the menu.

Mini Sweet Potato Pies

One word to sum this up: Simple. My son loves these and you should have seen his face when I told him what he was eating wasn't Pumkin pie! It was, as they say, "priceless".

Stuffed Mushrooms II

The first time I looked at this recipe I sort of chuckled...Then I made it...WOW... I can tell you this...simple and good. For those of us who grew up with box stuffing, this recipe adds a little twist to "simple"...The mushrooms covered in the soup is heaven...Just ask some of my clients!

Three Cheese Manicotti

Excellent and easy...The first time I made this recipe, I put the manicotti on a bed of Italian pork sauce. Not only didn't I think it was great, my clients weren't so sure either. The second time I made it, I stuck to the recipe...PERFECT!!!

Three-Meat Stromboli

Judy is correct - very easy. I like to suggest this for parties I cater. I normally make a variety of white dough and wheat dough srombolis...everyone love them and with the wheat dough option, you give folks a little healthier option.

Beer Cheese Soup III

I have found after making this soup twice that I would leave out the broccoli. The two times I made the soup it was wonderful - but the broccoli stole the show. I made it for clients and they thought it was cheese & broccoli soup. Next time - more potato,carrot and cauliflower, less water and 18oz of beer.

Excellent and Simple!!! I've now added this to my menu and plan on recomending it to my customers. As a Private Chef who loves "simple, you can't find anything more simple and tasty.
