Poppy Seed Cranberry Bread
I doubled this recipe as I had extra cranberries to use up. This recipe was a hit and the loaves turned out beautifully. I was short on lemon peel so I substituted half with orange peel. I added extra cranberries, again because I wanted to use them up. The only modification I would make next time is to add some almond flavoring in the glaze to make it more interesting.

Bread Pudding III
I used croissants in this recipe in place of the white bread, because I had some extras to use up. (yes decadent) I also let the croissants soak for about ten minutes before baking. Served it warm with vanilla ice cream. My husband loved it and said it was the best he'd ever had. Will make again.

Dark Chocolate Cake II
Great, rich cake recipe for chocolate lovers. I used a dark mocha frosting. This cake was a huge hit at the office.
