Tortellini, Steak, and Caesar
I'm sure you can't go wrong with the recipe as written because all of the ingredients and flavors blend well together. What makes this recipe great is that you can use ingredients you have on hand and come up with a great tasting dish! I used a pre-washed bag of romaine, some leftover grilled NY strip, tomato, red onion and some cheese filled spinach tortellini with Newman's Own Caesar Dressing. Delish! My husband loved it as did I!

Breaded Brussels Sprouts
This did not excite me, though I do like brussels sprouts. It just didn't seen to be worth the effort. They would have tasted better just well buttered in my opinion.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
I used Kosher salt, but still found the meat to be too salty which spoiled the dish for me. Also, I used a sirloin tip roast, but it looked nothing like the picture posted. I *might* make this again, but it's doubtful. My husband who loves meat would only subject himself to leftovers one night leaving the rest of it for me to eat for lunch and ultimately throw away. A waste...
