Very good, and simple. It's not quite the same as the Cashew Chicken we've had in restaurants, but it's good. I used a table spoon of curry. I just read that it's to be a teaspoon, I thought it was a bit strong on the curry. :P Opps.

The flavours in this are amazing. I actually deviated a fair bit. I mixed and mashed the beans {oh ya I used black beans as that's what I had on hand} as directed in the fry pan with all the same proportions of spices. (made only 4 servings, for myself.) Then put the bean spice mix on top of a Baked Sweet potato, and toped with the grated cheese. This was Amazing.. I loved it. Can't wait to eat my leftovers tomorrow. I will make it into Burritos when I buy tortillas.

Good, satisfied my craving for s'mores. but I found the top too messy, maybe I put too much crumbs.. I don't know. But I liked them.
