Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
amazing Falafel. I did actually puree everything in the blender but the chickpeas, oil and bread crumbs then stirred it all together and shaped. I also did bake them at 400 for 10 mins per side and that was perfect. Will make this again & again.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal Pancakes
My husband and I both love these. I have done it with and without the PB. I do add a teaspoon of Vanilla. Just because I love it.. and I do add chocolate chips to the last half of the batter... Soo good..

Oatmeal Chocolate Coconut Chewy
Oh soo good. i could happily get fat on this.. Mm mm I only made half the recipe and with a couple small changes. 2/3 C each coconut and chocolate chips.. And I used 1/2 C whole wheat flour 1/4 white. And baked it in 8 by 8 square as bars. Devine
