About this Cook
I'm a 31 year old stay at home mom of 3. I love cooking and recipe so much that I created my own Yahoo group just for it. It's for exchanging recipes, sharing cooking methods and how-to's. We all learn from each other it's great. We'd love to have you join too if you'd like! You can find us here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Cooking101WithChristine/
My favorite things to cook
I love quick and easy recipes. I'm a busy mom so they come in handy. My favorite things are slow cooker things. I also love casseroles.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking is a tradition in my family. All sorts of baked goodies. I especially like to bake cookies and cakes.

Beefy Baked Ravioli
This was a very good recipe and I'll be making this again. I only changed a couple of things. One, is that I used an entire 25 ounce package of frozen ravioli, and then of course had to bake it longer than 30 minutes. I also used a regular size jar of pasta sauce since I used more pasta. 25 or 26 ounce jar. I also used colby-jack instead of monterey-jack cheese just because it's what I had on hand, and used twice the amount of cheese than what the recipe says to use. It came out wonderful! We loved it.

Blueberry Crumb Muffins
These muffins are absolutely WONDERFUL!!! The crumb topping didn't turn out crumbly, it did melt, however, this gave it a wonderful cinnamon flavor. They are moist and delicious! I will make these again for sure!

Cheesy Tuna Mornay
This recipe is flavorless. I used seasoned bread crumbs instead of plain ones thinking it might give it some flavor and it didn't much at all. This meal is edible, but very boring. I won't make it again.
