Insalata Caprese I
These are really good! I put fresh minced garlic on mine and make it on a bed of romaine lettuce...I add grilled chicken a lot of times too!

Lemon-Lime Mousse
I thought this was very tasty and refreshing I used cool whip instead of whipping cream because its what I had on hand and it turned out good

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
First time I made it they turned out good second time not so good I must of screwed up something will have to try again. Dad and boyfriend loved the first batch!
